While FireBug is only thing holding me to FireFox, Google has released Chrome version 10 (stable)
Among other useless discutable features as “New settings pages that open in a tab, rather than a dialog box” there are some pleasing innovations that gives me additional confidence in switich to Chrome as deault browser:
- GPU Accelerated Video (have you tried watching hd vids on firefox? And i mean vimeo kind of hd video, not youtube pixeljunk)
- Sandboxed Adobe Flash on Windows
- New version of V8 – Crankshaft – which greatly improves javascript performance
